Only the services listed in the approved proposal are included. Additional requests or expanded deliverables may require updated timelines and costs.

Project Process

Projects follow a structured process including discovery, strategy, design, development, testing, and delivery. Client collaboration is key. Timely feedback, approvals, and content help keep things on track.
Delays in communication or missing materials can affect schedules. Klyro Design isn’t responsible for timeline extensions caused by such delays.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing is detailed in the official proposal or invoice before work starts. Most projects require a deposit to secure scheduling and begin work. Remaining payments follow the agreed schedule.
Final deliverables and source files are released only after full payment. Late payments may pause work, delay delivery, or incur additional fees where allowed.

Revisions & Changes

Reasonable revisions within the project scope are included. These refine the agreed concept rather than create new directions.
Significant changes or expanded scope may require a revised quote and timeline before proceeding.

Intellectual Property & Rights

Ownership of final approved work transfers to the client after full payment. Until then, all creative work remains Klyro Design’s property.
Unless restricted by confidentiality agreements, Klyro Design may showcase completed work in portfolios, case studies, presentations, and promotions.

Third-Party Tools & Platforms

Projects may use third-party tools like hosting, advertising, analytics, or content management systems. While we choose reliable tools and follow best practices, Klyro Design isn’t responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing shifts, or technical issues from external providers.
Marketing campaign results may vary due to market conditions, competition, or platform algorithm changes beyond our control.

Liability Limits

Klyro Design acts with professionalism and strategy but cannot guarantee specific financial results or business outcomes.
To the fullest legal extent, Klyro Design isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages like lost profits, data, or opportunities from using our services.

Terms & Conditions Updates

Klyro Design may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal needs, or improvements. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the new terms.
